Protection of personal data
DP1. Conservation of data related to commercial exchanges
The collection of your personal information is essential for managing our business relationships.
When you submit a quote request for "restoration and retouching" or book an on-site photo session, your first name, last name, and email address are stored in a "Contact" file. As our interactions progress, you will gain access to a "Member" account, where you can view, correct, and update your information. This account also secures a personal storage space. These data are retained for up to 1 year unless extended due to an unresolved dispute.
Transaction-related data are retained for 10 years to comply with tax obligations.
Personal data associated with PayPal payments are managed and stored by PayPal.
Personal data associated with orders placed through the galleries are managed and stored by Lumys.
DP2. Retention of data related to testimonials
With your explicit consent, a copy of the work performed on your photos may be retained for demonstration purposes. These data will be stored indefinitely or until a request for deletion is received via email or mail.
DP3. GDPR Compliance
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective since May 23, 2018, you have the right to request corrections to your personal data by email or mail.
DP4. Cookie Management
A cookie is a file stored by your browser that allows a website to track your visits and activities. The Proxiluz website only uses "essential" cookies, which are necessary to recognize a prior login. If you accept their use, you will not need to authenticate at every login.

Terms and conditions
T&C1. General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all services offered by Proxiluz, including lab-based photo processing , on-site photo sessions , as well as the online sale of photos .
By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or placing an online order, the client agrees to these T&Cs in full.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Proxiluz constitutes proof of the transaction between Proxiluz and the customer.
T&C2. Service offered
Proxiluz provides the following services:

Digital photo processing and lab services.

On-location photo sessions by appointment.

Online photo sales via a gallery hosting platform, including:

High-resolution digital photo downloads (subject to pricing).

Printed photos on various media, depending on the chosen options.

T&C3. Pricing
All prices for services and products are quoted in euros, including all applicable charges, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT not applicable). Prices are available on the "Pricing" page of the website.
Specific Conditions:

Shipping costs for physical prints are included in the listed price unless stated otherwise.

Digital downloads are provided at no additional cost for lab services and reserved photo sessions. However, they are subject to charges for online sales, as specified in the pricing details.

Proxiluz reserves the right to change prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed and paid.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
T&C4. Quotes and Orders
Lab Services:
A quote is required to evaluate the work to be performed. Requests can be made through the dedicated form on the website, by email, or by phone.
Photo Sessions:
Reservation is recommended to secure a time slot. It can be made through the dedicated page on the website, by email, or by phone
Online Photo Sales:
Clients select desired photos from the online gallery and proceed with payment to finalize their order. Downloaded or printed photos are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (see T&C5).
T&C5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 3° of the French Consumer Code, personalized products and services (e.g., retouching services or printed photos) are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Similarly, digital photos made available for download cannot be refunded.
Proxiluz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is an existing dispute related to a previous order.
T&C6. Payment
Orders and services may be paid via:

PayPal (immediate payment).

Bank transfer (bank details provided upon request).

Bank check, payable to Mr. Laurent Galliano.
The order is validated and processed only after full payment is received for amounts equal to or below €100. For higher amounts, a deposit is required, with details specified in the quote.
T&C7. Liability
Proxiluz is not liable for the loss or damage of documents sent by mail for lab services. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service.
T&C8. Delivery of Work and Products
Lab Services:
Completed work is delivered in digital format (JPEG or TIFF) via a secure client area.
Online Photo Sales:

Digital Downloads: High-resolution files are available immediately after payment confirmation.

Physical Prints: Prints are shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Proxiluz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
T&C9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. Clients may consult their consumer rights on the official website: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/particuliers/droits-consommateur-litiges-demarches.
