Protection of personal data
DP1. Conservation of data related to commercial exchanges
The collection of information and personal data about you is necessary for our commercial relations.
As soon as you submit a request for a “renovations and retouching” quote or a reservation for an on-site photo session , your name, first name and email address are recorded in the form of a “Contact” form. If our discussions deepen, you will have the possibility of directly accessing a "Member" account through which you can consult, correct and complete your "Contact" file. This account also ensures the security of a personal storage space. All of this data will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year. However, in the event of a dispute, retention will be extended while it is resolved.
As part of invoicing, transaction information will be kept for a period of 10 years in order to comply with tax obligations.
The retention of personal data linked to the PayPal payment method is ensured by PayPal.
DP2. Retention of data related to testimonials
Furthermore, for demonstration purposes and with your explicit agreement, a copy of the work carried out on your photos is kept and used for an indefinite period or until you request their deletion by email or post.
DP3. GDPR
In all cases, in accordance with the general European regulation on the protection of personal data, which came into force on May 23, 2018, you have the right to rectification upon simple request by email or post.
DP3. Management of “cookies”
A cookie is a file stored by your internet browser allowing a website to keep track of your visits and activity. In the current version of the Proxiluz site, these are only so-called “essential” cookies. They are used to recognise a prior connection. If you accept their storage by the browser, you will not have to authenticate each time you connect to the site.

Terms and conditions
CG1. General provisions
All laboratory services or in situ photo sessions are carried out under these general conditions.
Any request for a quote or reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these.
CG2. Service offered
Proxiluz offers a commercial digital photo processing service.
CG3. Price
In accordance with article 293 B of the CGI, the price of laboratory services and in situ photo sessions is expressed in euros, all charges included. Prices can be viewed on the “ Price Schedule ” page of the site. VAT is not charged. It is therefore not recoverable by the customer.
These prices do not include participation in the costs of sending photographic documents that the client may be required to provide for the performance of laboratory services. (photos on paper, negatives, slides or CD-ROMs).
Proxiluz reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on the services already invoiced. Quotes are established for a validity period of 30 days.
CG4. Estimate
With regard to the performance of one of the laboratory services , a stage of evaluation of the work that can actually be carried out is necessary. This is what the “renovations and retouching” quote request page on the site allows, with the possibility of attaching photos to the request. The exchange will continue by an email exchange or by telephone and will conclude with a quote proposal sent electronically.
Regarding an in situ photo session , the client can directly book a time slot that suits them. However, an exchange by email or telephone will provide context and a quote will also be issued to formalize the content of the service.
Apart from these two forms, the customer can also express his need by a simple email or telephone call, which will result in a quote to formalize the content of the service.
Please note that the quote is sent via the address mail@wixpricequotes.com and not by proxiluz@gmail.com.
CG5. Billing and actual order
Acceptance of the quote by the customer automatically generates the issuance of an invoice. The order is effective after receipt of payment and conditions the completion of the work.
Under the terms of article L.121-20-2 3 of the Consumer Code, customers do not benefit from a right of withdrawal to the extent that it concerns "the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
Proxiluz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
CG5. Validation of general conditions by the customer
The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions from the quote request phase. A fortiori, the registration of the order therefore constitutes validation of these general conditions of sale.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Proxiluz constitutes proof of the transaction between Proxiluz and the customer.
CG6. Payment
Payment for orders is made by PayPal, transfer or bank check.
The bank details to use in the event of a transfer are:

Payment by check must be sent to the postal address of Proxiluz and made payable to Mr. Laurent GALLIANO. The check is cashed upon receipt.
Collection is immediate in the case of payment via PayPal. But can be longer in the case of a transfer or check, because it involves a postal delivery time or a banking time.
CG7. Transmission of the working base by the client
From the quote phase, the customer can attach digital photos to the request. During discussions, he will also have the possibility of uploading additional files to his dedicated “Member” space. Digital photos can be used as a working basis. However, in the case of a restoration or colourisation service, Proxiluz recommends using the original photos on paper, negative, slide, as a reference. The customer must then send the working basis by post, taking care to package the elements correctly. Proxiluz recommends using tracked postage (see postal rates ) and cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the loss or deterioration of photographic documents during their postal journey.
CG8. Provision of work
The works are made available in digital “JPEG” or “TIFF” format on the storage space dedicated to the client (member area), accessible online without geographical limitation and additional costs. The storage is protected by a password chosen by the customer, the security of which is ensured by the website host. Each service also includes free shipping of paper prints. Printing work is invoiced according to the rates indicated on the “ Price list ” page and recalled when establishing the quote. Their shipping is insured free of charge.
CG9. Disputes
Any dispute with a client arising during the interpretation or execution of work falls under consumer law (https://www.economie.gouv.fr/particuliers/droits-consommateur-litiges-demarches).
